Feed me mainly uses the synthesiser 'Massive' when it comes to making a song for an album. The D.A.W he uses is Fl Studio. He also likes to use Serum as its a very good main bass pluck for his genre of music.
For his live performances he using Ableton just like every other EDM artists. He would use effects such as low end filter cut offs during his performance during the build up to increase the variety in his live performances. He also loops sections in the build to extent the build up time to build tension towards the audience. He also uses Ableton with launch pads.

He uses the plugin Serum while creating music as its a plugin he supports and uses a lot for his own songs.
Deadmau5 loves to use the Roland MSQ-700 as it was a classic that he used to use all the time, he also likes to use the MX4S to just mess around when he's at home making a massive sound with mixers and synth.
During the his live performances he doesn't just stick to the structure of the songs he's playing. He would include some gate effects, and flanger sounds during breakdowns to mix it up and to increase more tension for the drop in his songs.

Prodigy
Prodigy are an EDM group coming from Braintree and Essex's. The Prodigy formed around 1990 by Liam Howlett. The specific genres that Prodigy do are: Rave, Techno, and Big Beat.
They use Ableton while preforming as they say that its the best D.A.W out there for live performance.
They say that they use 2 computers to perform, both with Ableton on them. They say that they use 2 laptops because one is for the song, and the other plays the samples and other effects, as well as having actual effects like: reverb, end delay.
The Prodigy use the Gaia SH-01when mixing live on stage. The SH-01 was released in 2010, and is a polyphonic Synthesiser. Prodigy say that they use this on stage while performing as its something they say is very reliable while performing their songs on stage. This synth is know as a very affordable and basic synth, that even the Prodigy use while performing.
During live performances you can hear that they cut out parts of the song and add small parts from other songs. They would swap a build up for another song but at the end of the build up go back to the original chorus. They also use loops to extent the build as they then speak out to the crowd to hype them up even more. They would then stop it looping and continue with the chorus.
